In order to receive order confirmations, information, and shipping details, all orders must be placed online and include a valid email address.
shipping policiesIn-stock clogs are shipped – usually within 48 hours – from our inventory in Florida or from our vendors throughout the country via UPS, FedEx, or U.S. Postal Service (USPS). We use USPS “Express Mail International” or “Priority Mail International” to all destinations outside the States, and you will be emailed these shipping costs. (For an estimate of these costs, go to http://postcalc.usps.gov/. Clogs typically weigh three pounds per pair.) Many clogs are made to order which adds 10-14 days of processing time to your order. You will be emailed with this information. Shipping costs $5 per order for pairs being shipped to any U.S. zip code via Ground shipping (once shipped, delivery in 2-7 days) or $17.95 per pair for Air shipping (2-3 days when the pair leaves the warehouse). Shipping times refer to “time in transit” (Monday through Friday) once the clogs are on their way to you – and not to the total order processing time. Rush delivery may be available at an additional charge. Please email if you need other shipping arrangements so we can try to accommodate you.
taxesWe collect 6% state sales tax when the shipping address is in Florida. To all other U.S. destinations, you may be required to report this purchase to your state's Department of Revenue and be liable to pay your state sales/use tax. Please consult your tax professional for guidance.
paymentWe accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards. You can also use PayPal (www.PayPal.com), an independent online bill-paying service. Please email us if you prefer to pay via bank check or money order. If you have a question about a charge to your credit card, please contact us before calling your credit card company. Frivolous customer chargebacks require a tremendous amount of time to resolve. These customers may be charged a $25 service fee.
return policiesWe accept returns on UNWORN merchandise in the original box (if applicable) within a month of receipt. We cannot accept returns (for refund or exchange) if the footwear is worn, scuffed, or dirty. If you would not buy them as “brand new,” then we cannot accept them as a return. All orders placed November 1 – December 31 are assumed to be holiday gifts and can be returned through the following January 31 within the guidelines of this return policy. Please include your name and email address with the return in case we have a question. (We do not need your sales receipt to process exchanges or refunds.) You will be refunded the amount you paid less our ACTUAL shipping and handling charges. Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by the shipper or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns and exchanges are normally processed within three business days. Send your returns via U.S. mail to: This may not be the address where your clogs shipped from. (Our vendor warehouses do not accept returns.) We recommend that you insure your package, but there is no need to spend extra money for "certified" or "registered" mail. Clogs that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will be charged a restocking fee. We cannot accept items returned after 60 days. Other charges may apply if your return does not comply with our policies.
