General Policies

In-stock clogs are shipped -- usually within 48 hours -- from our inventory in Florida or from our vendors throughout the country via UPS, FedEx Ground, and U.S. Postal Service. We use U.S. Postal Service "Express Mail International" or "Priority Mail International" to all destinations outside the States, and you will be emailed these shipping costs.

Shipping times refer to "time in transit" (Monday-Friday) once the order has left the warehouse -- and not to the total order processing time. Please let us know if you have a specific time constraint so we can try to accommodate you.

We will notify you via e-mail of the estimated shipping date of any items out of stock or those that are made to order.

Rush delivery may be available at an additional charge. Please email if you need other shipping arrangements made.

If you have a question about a charge to your credit card, please contact us before calling your credit card company. Frivolous customer chargebacks require a tremendous amount of time to resolve. These customers will be charged a 20% (minimum $25) service fee.

Return Policies

We accept your returns on UNWORN (in other words, resaleable as "brand new") merchandise in the original box within a month of receipt. Please include your name and telephone number with the return in case we have a question. (We do NOT need your sales receipt to process exchanges or refunds.) You will be refunded the amount you paid less our ACTUAL shipping and handling charges.

Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by the shipper or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns and exchanges are normally processed within two business days.

Clogs that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We cannot accept items returned after 60 days. Other charges may apply if your return does not comply with our policies.
