General Policies

In order to receive order confirmations, information, and shipping details, all orders must be placed online and include a valid email address.

In-stock clogs are shipped from our inventory in Florida or from our vendors throughout the country via UPS, FedEx Ground, and U.S. Postal Service. Ground Shipping to any US zip code is $5.00 per pair. We use U.S. Postal Service "Express Mail International" or "Priority Mail International" to all destinations outside the States, and you will be emailed these shipping costs. In order to reduce shipping costs and be environmentally responsible, your clogs may not arrive in the original box or may only be in the original box. Please let us know when you place the order if you need the original manufacturer's packaging.

Shipping times refer to "time in transit" (Monday-Friday) once the order has left the warehouse -- and not to the total order processing time. Please let us know if you have a specific time constraint so we can try to accommodate you.

We will notify you via e-mail of the estimated shipping date of any items out of stock or those that are made to order. "Free Shipping" promotions refer to Ground Shipping to U.S. zip codes only. Regular shipping charges apply to Air and International shipping as well as to returns.

Rush delivery may be available at an additional charge. Please email if you need other shipping arrangements made.

If you have a question about a charge to your credit card, please contact us before calling your credit card company. Frivolous customer chargebacks require a tremendous amount of time to resolve. These customers will be charged a service fee of $25-$45.

Return Policies

We accept your returns on UNWORN (in other words, resaleable as "brand new") merchandise in the original box within a month of receipt. Please include your name and telephone number with the return in case we have a question. (We do NOT need your sales receipt to process exchanges or refunds.) You will be refunded the amount you paid less our ACTUAL shipping and handling charges.

Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by the shipper or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Send your returns via U.S. Mail to:

Clogs that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will be charged a 25% restocking fee. We cannot accept items returned after 60 days. Other charges may apply.
